We are located in Reno, NV directly across from the Reno – Tahoe International Airport.

We offer airport pick up and drop off services from 4 AM till Midnight daily in our courtesy shuttle van.

We are less than 3 miles to the Reno Sparks Convention Center, Reno Rodeo Grounds, Mesa Rim Climbing Center, new Moana Street Aquatic Center and less than 5 miles to Downtown Reno and the Reno Events. We are just a few exits south of the I-80 interchange at the Villenova/Plumb Exit. Not to mention less than an hour to Lake Tahoe, the State Capital in Carson City, Genoa, and Virginia City for a trip back to the old west.

Our rooms are spacious and include a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. We offer free Wi-Fi and Satellite TV.

Our hotel surrounds a peaceful park like courtyard with multiple patios with seating for group chats or peacefully reading a book.

We have an outdoor seasonal pool, open June – September from 9 AM to 9 PM daily, unless there is high winds or other inclement weather.

We have a coin operated laundry with a vending machine for detergent and an onsite fitness center with a treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical and free weights available 24 Hours with guest key card access. Located adjacent to the fitness center is a filtered water bottle filling station and fountain.

We have a business center with a computer and printer located in the lobby for our guest and rewards members’ use.

We are an interior corridor hotel with key card access entry doors.

We have 3 floors and elevators are located at/near each of the guest entrances.

Breakfast is available in our onsite restaurant, Plaza Court, with a discount for in-house guest. Our normal hours are daily 7AM to 10 AM but subject to change so contract the hotel to confirm current operating hours. We do offer preorder for large groups for pick up as early as 6 AM with 24-hour advance notice. We are closed for lunch, but catering is available for large groups with advance notice. Dinner is available in our onsite lounge, Crosswinds Bar. Limited dinner seating for those 21 and under in the restaurant is available during operating hours daily. Reservations for large groups can be made with 24-hour advance notice.  During large local events and summer weekends the restaurant is open when staffing is available. The lounge hours are daily 5 PM to 10 PM, with the kitchen closing at 9:30 PM. In addition, to our onsite restaurant and lounge, we have a 24-Hour Sundry Shop for snacks, drinks, microwavable meals and other assorted necessities.

We have long-term airport parking available for a nominal daily fee, contact the hotel front desk for current rates.  Each guest room includes in the rate parking for 2 vehicles, while staying in the hotel. A parking permit is issued at check in.

Check in requires a valid government issue photo ID and a matching credit card to be present. We will authorize a security deposit on the credit card at check-in and the full amount of the estimated stay charges are authorized the morning of arrival. Cash is not accepted for deposit.

We are a non-smoking hotel with one designated smoking area for smoking or vaping of tobacco products. Use or possession of cannabis smoking or vaping items is prohibited on our property.

Due to an onsite bar with poker machines the guest checking in must be 21 or older or traveling on military orders or with a group that someone 21 or over accepts liability for check in.
